For questions about an order, payment, or refund, use the customer-support contact details shown on your Stripe receipt or receipt email and include your order reference. Do not post payment details or receipts publicly.
For site bugs or technical issues, use the SpookyLink GitHub issue tracker. Do not post payment details, order receipts, addresses, or other sensitive personal information in a public issue.
For information processed during checkout, review Stripe's Privacy Policy. Stripe and its payment partners process information required to complete and support payments. Invitation details are processed in your browser and embedded in any invitation URL you choose to share; SpookyLink does not upload invitation fields to a SpookyLink server.
SpookyLink is an independent digital project. Stripe processes SpookyLink payments. GitHub is used for public technical issue reporting. Please do not include sensitive information in public posts.
