These Terms & Conditions govern your use of SpookyLink, an independent digital product operated under the SpookyLink brand (“SpookyLink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. What SpookyLink provides

SpookyLink provides a browser-based Halloween invitation designer. The free preview lets you customize event details, copy invitation text, and create a shareable URL containing the invitation details. The paid Invitation product unlocks a high-resolution PNG image generated from your design.

Purchases are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Shareable invite URLs encode the details in the URL rather than storing a hosted invitation page on a server. Anyone who receives the URL can view those details, so do not include sensitive information. RSVP collection, guest lists, accounts, cloud saves, and group-play synchronization are not included. Your invitation design is generated in your browser; appearance may vary slightly between devices and image rendering environments.

2. Prices, checkout, and taxes

The displayed price is US$9.99 for the digital Invitation. The applicable total, including any taxes, is shown in checkout before you confirm payment. We may change prices for future purchases; changes do not alter a completed order.

Checkout and payment processing are provided by Stripe. Stripe and its payment partners process payment details and information needed to complete and support a purchase. SpookyLink does not receive or store your complete payment card details.

3. Digital delivery and access

After a successful checkout, the browser sends the Checkout Session reference to SpookyLink’s verification service, which checks the current payment status with Stripe before unlocking the invitation download. The invitation image can be downloaded as a PNG. This version remembers transaction references in local browser storage so it can re-check them on a later visit; this is not a user account or cloud backup. Access restoration may be limited if you switch devices or clear browser storage.

4. Refunds

SpookyLink offers a 30-day refund request window for eligible purchases, subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited by these terms.

5. Your content and permitted use

You are responsible for the event details, messages, and other content you enter. Do not use the service to create unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content. You retain rights to the original text you provide. SpookyLink's site design, code, and visual styling are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use your generated invitation for your own event and share it with invited guests.

6. Availability and limitations

We aim to keep the site usable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or compatibility with every browser or device. The site is provided to the maximum extent permitted by law without warranties not required by law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
